What are your policies on exchanging or receiving a refund on shipped products?

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for our holistic products. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.

Return Policy:

Our return policy is non-negotiable, but we understand that accidents can happen during shipment. If your products arrive damaged or opened, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace the damaged items after assessing the situation. For any return-related inquiries or assistance, please reach out to Abdull, our owner/consultant. He will be happy to assist you.

How should I store my products?

All supplement capsules should be kept in a dry, low lit area. The tonic needs to be refrigerated before opening, and after first use. Product expiry should never be a problem when stored properly, as you will be finishing your detox, before the active ingredients become expired.

Where do you source your ingredients from?

From the homeland of Dr. Sebi himself, we harvest organic and non-chemically treated herbs from the Honduras.
